The accommodation was cozy located just off good restaurants and sunset spots and the island which is the best part of the city and casa Itzayana, that's what I was expecting. Supper friendly and accommodating employees, I loved that. Got a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom.

I stayed at Casa Maya Itza in Flores for my vacation and it was a great choice. The staff at the hotel, including la Jefa, el Jefe, and their son, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me with any needs or problems I had, like arranging trips, organizing transportation, and even offering free rides on their motorbike. The room was clean and the provided fan was powerful. The shared kitchen was well-stocked and offered unlimited purified water. it was a budget-friendly stay with everything I needed, plus exceptional service.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
